You can go ahead and create a new account. I can try to reopen the old one too, but I’m not exactly a tech expert. Right now we use Amazon Payment Platform, which accepts any credit card — but unfortunately DOES put “SubliminalWifeTraining.com in the receipt, so I think it’s on the cc bill too. If you’re concerned for privacy, pick up a gift-card credit card at the grocery store and use it. We also still take Amazon Gift Certificates — just email me a card for the amount of what you want to buy, with the name of the file(s) you want and we’ll get them to you.
Right now, not doing customs. Maybe in the future, but our success rate with customs was not as high as I was comfortable with, for the additional cost we were charging. Maybe when we get done with the current round of new-version files we’ll try customs again, but that won’t be at least until 2017.
